The development and implementation of a Health Social Care and Well Being Strategy is a joint statutory duty of the Local Authority and the Local Health Board. The Position Statement, that can be downloaded by clicking the above link, gives an overview of the approach taken in the development and implementation of the HSC&WB Strategy. It has been produced to inform how the organisations and partnerships within the HSC&WB Strategy are involved and how they contribute to the process of implementing and developing the strategy. It also gives an overview of the current achievements of the last 6 years in relation to the HSC&WB Strategies long term vision.
